This NextGen system reduces volume by 80-90% and efficiently transforms food waste into usable pre-compost within a remarkable 24-hour cycle. Whether you want to produce compost or just reduce food waste, we can customize a solution for you.

We offer two methods for managing food waste: the Grounder™ Composter and the Grounder™ Aerobic Biodigester. Each method is designed to cater to different needs and preferences for food waste processing.

The Grounder™ Composter:

The Grounder™ Composter uses browns (carbon-rich organic matter such as wood chips, sawdust, or dried leaves) to aid in the composting process.

How It Works: Food waste is mixed with browns to create a balanced composting environment. The organic matter undergoes aerobic decomposition, transforming into pre-compost over time.

Benefits:

• Produces pre-compost that can be used as compost when cured.

• Enhances soil health by adding essential nutrients and improving soil structure.

• Reduces landfill waste and associated methane emissions.

The Grounder™ Aerobic Biodigester:

The Grounder™ Aerobic Biodigester utilizes enzymes to accelerate the breakdown of food waste into a nutrient-rich soil conditioner.

How It Works: Food waste is placed into the biodigester, where it is broken down by specially formulated enzymes. The process is fast and efficient, converting waste into a nutrient-rich soil conditioner.

The Grounder™ is designed to handle a wide variety of materials of biological origin, making it a versatile solution for eco-friendly waste management. Vegetables, fruits, both cooked and raw food scraps, various types of meat, small bones, coffee grounds, and even cheese can be fed into The Grounder™. 

The Grounder™ is specifically designed to reduce food waste volume using browns or enzymes. Browns include materials like dried leaves, straw, sawdust, or wood chips, contributing carbon to the composting mix. Alternatively, enzymes act as accelerators, promoting the breakdown of organic matter into soil amendment. 

It's essential to refrain from introducing other compostable items to maintain optimal machine functionality. 

Coffee grounds and filters are acceptable and add a rich fragrance to the compost. 

The Grounder™ is adept at handling a range from 100 to 6,000 pounds of food waste daily, providing flexibility that aligns with your specific volume requirements. During the “Plan” phase of our “Plan, Plug & Pay™” methodology, our team collaborates with you to conduct a food waste and site audit. This collaborative approach guarantees that The Grounder™ is tailored to meet the unique demands of your space restrictions and food waste volume.

A complete cycle takes 24 hours. 

The Grounder™ is designed with user-friendly maintenance in mind, demanding only minimal attention. Regular upkeep involves a straightforward process of cleaning and lubrication.  

When you invest in The Grounder™, your purchase is backed by a comprehensive 1-year warranty, providing you with peace of mind and assurance in the performance of our solution.  

For continued support beyond the warranty period, Table2Ground™ offers the option of an annual service contract.  

Options like autoloaders, external shredders, and other custom features and signage are available upon request. 

You can use it, sell it, or donate it. Compost serves multiple valuable purposes, contributing to the enhancement of soil health and plant growth. The nutrient-rich pre-compost can be utilized as a light top dressing for lawns, bushes, trees, and landscapes. It can be cured for 2-3 weeks for more mature compost 

If using the enzyme method, the end product is a soil conditioner. It can be used as fill, as a light top dressing, or combined with 4-parts soil to 1-part conditioner to enhance the soil.
